What MP3 quality do I get?
VidiDown encodes a high-quality variable-bitrate MP3, typically about 190 kbps for music, from the best audio track TikTok provides. Converting cannot add detail that the original upload does not have.
Can I convert a TikTok sound page to MP3?
No. Paste the link to a video that uses the sound. VidiDown converts that video’s audio track, which may include voices or effects as well as the music.
Is the MP3 the same length as the video?
Yes. The MP3 contains the whole audio track of the video you paste, up to the same 120-minute limit that applies to videos. There is no trimming tool.
Why did my TikTok fail to convert?
The video may be private, removed or restricted, or TikTok may be limiting requests from our server. A video with no audio track also cannot become an MP3. Try another public video or try again later.
Which platforms work here?
Paste an individual public video link from Instagram, TikTok, Facebook or X. YouTube links are not supported. Profiles, playlists, private archives and broadcasts still in progress are not supported either.
Can I download just the audio as MP3?
Yes. Choose MP3 audio under Save as before you select Get video. VidiDown converts the video’s audio track to a high-quality variable-bitrate MP3, typically about 190 kbps for music. A video without an audio track cannot be converted.
Will the video keep its quality?
Best available selects the highest source quality the service can retrieve. The video streams are preserved without re-encoding or upscaling. Quality depends on the source, and the displayed size and duration limits still apply.
Can I save a completed livestream?
Published, publicly accessible replays may be supported after a broadcast ends and finishes processing. Long videos and larger files are detected automatically. Instagram and TikTok recordings must be published as normal accessible video posts; creator-only archives are not supported.
Where does the download go?
On iPhone, check Safari’s Downloads and the Files app. On Android, look in your browser’s Downloads folder. Your browser handles saving the file, and playback depends on the original video format.
Do you keep the videos I download?
