Contact VidiDown.
VidiDown is run by Younes Nadif. Email us about a download problem, a privacy request or a concern about content. We read every message and aim to reply within 3 business days.
Download problems
Tell us which platform the link is from, what kind of post it is and the exact error message. Please do not send passwords or browser cookies: VidiDown never needs them. The fix-a-download guide below answers the most common problems straight away.
Privacy and deletion requests
Include only what we need to find what you are asking about, such as the date and wording of a rating you want removed. Prepared files and job records are deleted on their own, as the privacy policy explains.
Copyright notices
If you own the rights to a video or its audio, follow the steps on our copyright page and send your notice to the address given there, so it has everything we need to block the link.
